Municipality of Saint-Maurice launches automated emergency call service

Following an implementation process spanning a number of months, the municipality of Saint-Maurice is officially launching its automated call system. This new service allows messages to be rapidly sent to residents of the municipality if an emergency arises.

To build its database, the Municipality used telephone numbers from the phone book. Vox Opinion won the mandate to process these calls in the event of an emergency.
