Founded in 1999 in Trois-Rivières, Vox Opinion specializes in marketing research, public opinion polls, surveys and market studies. Our mission is to improve our clients’ performance through the quality of our research initiatives. We serve a regional, provincial, Canadian and North American clientele. Our experienced team of more than 50 employees will clearly define your needs and present you with practical, effective and original solutions.


Jean Laroche, our General Manager, will analyze and evaluate your needs in order to build an accurate profile of the type and scope of projects that can help you. He oversees our continuous improvement process, ensuring that Vox Opinion remains current with the latest technologies and its clients’ expectations. Professionalism is at the heart of his values.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mr. Laroche is an information technology expert. He specializes in applying data technology and office automation to administrative management, the development of training programs, and the delivery of courses to groups and individuals.

Since 1991, he has worked on training and consulting projects with businesses and individuals in e-commerce, information technology, telephony, customer contact, telecommunications, and other related fields.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Laroche has acquired solid expertise as a senior manager. As an executive-level consultant, he has helped clients develop applications and solutions that enable them to integrate technological tools into business processes and strategies. He has also worked in education at the college level as administrative services director. As such, he has developed knowledge and skills in both IT administration and the development of programs and activities in the sector.

Mr. Laroche has also worked closely with government departments and agencies, many of which have become major clients of Vox Opinion.

Marc Bergeron is a pillar of our company. As Operations Manager, he is at the centre of our operational team. He oversees the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring that Vox Opinion remains an efficient organization that constantly seeks to improve.

Mr. Bergeron holds a Master’s degree in Leisure Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Over the past 10 years, he has acquired solid expertise in consulting, management and teaching.

His involvement in a number of research projects led him to develop performance measurement tools for program evaluation, needs analysis and customer satisfaction. He has in-depth knowledge of research methods and quantitative techniques.

Mr. Bergeron is a natural leader and manager. He was general director of the Canadian Forestry Capital Mauricie event in 2001. He also was assistant director of the 34e Finale des Jeux du Québec, experiences that helped him develop the organizational and leadership skills that he is widely respected for today.

A recognized expert in database management, Steven Grenier is responsible for programming our questionnaires and interactive voice response (IVR) telephone survey campaigns.

Since his arrival at Vox Opinion in 2006, he has made his mark in the information technology sector. With his know-how and academic background in IT, he has become the guru of the company’s many technological tools.

He has also developed a number of new tools to standardize, facilitate and improve the efficiency of operations at Vox Opinion. His expertise enables the company to stay a step ahead of the latest IT trends and meet client needs on every level.

Nancy Perron supervises our research operations, oversees quality control and conducts statistical analyses. Her focus is firmly on our goal of providing a superior product to Vox Opinion clients and partners.

Ms. Perron brought to Vox Opinion more than 10 years’ experience in data research and analysis in the hospital, business and transport sectors. Most recently, she was with Desjardins General Insurance. She specializes in research, whether via conventional interviews (telephone surveys, focus groups, etc.) or web surveys, and in the processing and presentation of information. She also has extensive expertise in both internal and external surveys.

Her arrival at Vox Opinion in 2011 has enabled our firm to offer more services and conduct large-scale projects. Her wide-ranging research experience has been a real asset to our operation and will continue to be vital to future mandates.
