Next, our agent sent these potential buyers an electronic document that described the products. Our agent then validated that the document had been received and gauged each person\u2019s interest in meeting with a representative. The agent made the appointment with the potential customer and sent the meeting schedule to the company\u2019s sales representative. A daily electronic report was sent to the sales director.
