Revenu Québec has mandated Vox Opinion to conduct a telephone survey to gauge taxpayers’ expectations of and satisfaction with its services. Underway since May 29, 2014, the survey will continue until June 20, 2015.
The data gathered will be used to provide indicators to assess Revenu Québec’s Declaration of Services to citizens and businesses (DSCE), meet the department’s 2012-2016 strategic plan objectives, and develop customer service improvement plans.
